Terms of Service.

Agreement.
By creating a muro.chat workspace you agree to these Terms. If you're using muro.chat on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
The service.
muro.chat provides a hosted live chat product (the "Service") including a widget, a dashboard, and APIs. We may improve, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Your account.
You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
Acceptable use.
Don't use muro.chat to send spam, distribute malware, harass people, or violate any law. We may suspend workspaces that breach this section.
Pricing & payment.
Plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually. Annual plans get the equivalent of two free months. Refunds are available within 14 days of payment, no questions asked.
Termination.
You can cancel any time from the billing page. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your data is retained for 30 days then deleted.
Liability.
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the past 12 months.
